ATM 450 - Sensors and Controls for Agricultural and Biological Systems

Undergraduate course, Kansas State University, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, 2023

Applications of instrumentation include sensors used in agricultural machines and processes for measuring voltage, force, torque, pressure, displacement, velocity, acceleration, flow, temperature, and humidity. The course also covers analog and digital signal conditioning and processing, feedback control concepts, and computer interfaces. I taught the lab sessions every spring from 2020 to 2023.

BAE 640 - Instrumentation and Control for Biological Systems

Undergraduate course, Kansas State University, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, 2023

This course covers the fundamentals of instrumentation and control engineering as applied to biological and agricultural systems and processes. I taught the lab sessions from 2020 to 2023, every spring.

BAE 840 - Measurement Systems

Graduate course, Kansas State University, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, 2022

Theory and application of measurement systems in biological and agricultural systems, with an emphasis on sensors and data acquisition systems for measuring variables related to soils, plants, animals, machines, and processes. I taught the lab sessions every fall from 2020 to 2022.
